  • Overview

    Victory Unlimited Construction is currently seeking a Construction Manager who has at least 5 years of experience managing and executing projects in the construction industry. The ideal candidate has high energy, and a ‘can do’ type personality who is willing to put in the time and effort to ensure we continue our growth and success, project after project.

    Victory Unlimited Construction is a national General Contractor/Developer who primarily develop, design and build cold storage and dry warehousing projects across the United States. 

    The position will require travel and moving from project to project the majority of the time.  Salary/Compensation will be very competitive for the position in addition to performance based bonuses on each project.  A truck allowance, per diem, gas card, lodging and furnishing and a select number of flights will be provided as part of the travel package. We have an immediate need to fill this position.


    • Managing all aspects of the site and day-to-day operations.
    • Executing the project’s overall schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality standards and within the budget will be part of the Construction Manager’s responsibilities.
    • Control the short-term schedule by updating the 3 Week Look Ahead every week for the Subcontractor Coordination meetings.
    • Leading Victory Unlimited Construction’s important quality control measures, subcontractor coordination, safety inspections and enforcement, daily reports, building inspection coordination, submittal processing and verification that the product ultimately installed in the field matches the drawings, specifications and approved submittals and shop drawings.


    Additional Requirements:

    • Must have a clean driving record and possession of valid driver’s license
    • Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check
